"Make Gingerbread Houses" I bought the Target gingerbread house kits again this year. Who ever thought of these was a genius. They come complete with everything you need. The kids pretty much take complete control over this one. They assemble the house and use their imaginations to decorate them any way they want. They love it and we don't need to eat dinner on this day either since they eat as much candy as they put on their houses.
