This past Saturday we spent most of the afternoon with my parents, sister and her boys. We meet for lunch at Pizza Hut and stuffed ourselves. What else can you do with pizza?! :) After lunch we drove over to the park-and-ride for our new public transpiration system called the Lynx. The kids were so excited to get to ride on a "train". We boarded and rode all the way uptown. We got off near the pro basketball arena and looked around in the gift shop for a bit. Mom bought the kids t-shirts. It was really too hot to do too much more so hopped back on and rode it back. It wasn't anything too exciting for the adults, but it was fun to see how much the kids enjoyed it. Plus they ride for free so for $1.30 each way it was an inexpensive way to spend some time together.
