It's "Field Day" time! The kids went to school so excited! Fortunately they started the day earlier than last so it didn't get as hot. The classes took turns at different stations...volleyball, bounce house, snack, beanbag toss, and sponge relay, among other things. At one point the local fire station sent a truck to come spray the hot kids down with their water hose. Judson got to enjoy the water, but before Ryann's class made it over there was an emergency and they had to go. I felt so bad for the kindergarten teacher who had a lot of very disappointed kids on their hands. Besides that though they all had a great time!
(The fire station was kind enough to send another truck back today for the kids who missed the water fun last week, so Ryann went to school this morning in her bathing suit and very excited to get wet!)
