Happy 4th Birthday Ryann!

Ryann turned 4 on January the 3rd. We decided to celebrate with her party on New Year's day since my family was all in town for Christmas. We spent the day at our house with tortilla soup, chili and Mexican cornbread for the adults, and corn dogs and jello for the kids. After lunch the kids had a little quiet time before coming down to make birthday cookies with Grandma. We're not big cake eaters in our family so we decided making and decorating the cookies would be more fun for the kids anyway. The kids had a lot of fun rolling out the dough, cutting out the shapes and then covering them with all sorts of sprinkles after they were frosted. They were a mess when all was said and done, but you could tell from their hands and faces that they had fun.
After cookies Ryann opened her gifts. She got outfits for her new baby doll that "Santa" aka daddy, bought her for Christmas. She also got a couple of outfits for herself and a whole bunch of new play-dough. The last present was her new booster seat for the van. It was lavender with pink flowers and butterflies and she loved it! (Judson got a new booster too since his was old and yucky and mommy just thought that was fair.) After gifts we had homemade pizza that auntie Lisa worked so hard to make for us. It was awesome! And the cookies for dessert.
I can't believe Ryann's already 4 years old. She's my little wild one and we love her!
